Nicholas Woolf and David Sichel have dealt with Family Law issues all their professional lives. They are both members of the Solicitors Family Law Association with wide experience in dealing with the breakdown of domestic relationships. Nicholas and David's speciality is in complex financial matters with a commercial aspect to them.

Woolf Simmonds has acted in a number of ‘big money’ cases, many involving an international and multi jurisdictional element.

Janine Kitchener has through her career also dealt with a number of complex family separations and divorce cases, and has a particular skill in this area.

We also give constructive advice on family life and the protection of family assets in the varying situations which often unexpectedly confront clients during the course of their lives. Some of our clients have been with us for 20 years or more.

Woolf Simmonds has extensive experience with domestic and international pre-nuptial agreements.
