Nicholas Woolf and David Sichel have dealt with Family Law issues all their professional lives. They are both members of the Solicitors Family Law Association with wide experience in dealing with the breakdown of domestic relationships. Nicholas and David's speciality is in complex financial matters with a commercial aspect to them.

We advise on Civil Partnerships issues: tax implications and what happens to assets in the event of a partnership breakdown.
