Woolf Simmonds was established on 1st January 1990 by William Simmonds and Nicholas Woolf.

William and Nick had their own individual firms, both practising from One Great Cumberland Place, and decided that the economies of scale and ability to offer a greatly enhanced range of services, made the merger compelling.

Since 1st January 1990 Woolf Simmonds has gone from strength to strength, gathering an impressive array of clients from every part of the world, providing a professional and comprehensive legal service.
