The Property Department is headed by William Simmonds, assisted by David Fleming and Sarah Sharp.

A full range of services is provided by the Property Department in relation to commercial and residential transactions, ranging from international sales and purchases of major development sites to the sale and purchase of a garage.

Woolf Simmonds also advises on joint venture agreements, planning and security such as mortgages and/or other forms of security.

The Property Department provides advice, as does the rest of the firm, in a friendly and responsive basis, yet at the same time has advised upon some very substantial transactions.
